We provide a range of tutoring for English, Mathematics and Science for students from the age of 5 to 18.
We offer support for improving skills, confidence building, exam preparation and a personal tutor to help you prepare for the next step of your educational journey.
We are dedicated to making the sessions as interactive and as inclusive as possible. All of our tutors are picked not only on their knowledge and ability, but also on their personality. We aim to develop and nurture relationships between the learners and the tutors to ensure your child makes maximum progress in a safe nurturing environment. If we have fun along the way, then so be it!
We will never sit you child in front of a structured program on a computer. We feel that the skill of the tutor is the best way for a child to learn. Our tutors will respond to questions by the learners and react in realtime to provide expert support.

Tutoring Vs Teaching
We provide a tutoring service at our comfortable professional offices during the evenings, weekends and provide intensive courses during the holiday periods.
When you sign your child up you will have a form to fill in to get the information we need to provide the best possible service. We will ask for target grades, current grades, ideal grades, examination tier, what the learner struggles with and what are their strengths, this will help us group the learners to ensure that the support within the group is excellent.
We provide a 1 to 4 tutoring service, which means your child will have an excellent peer support group and a tutor that will have the time to develop the individual skills of the learners.
There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book and there are discounts available should you wish to book sessions across the range of subjects.
Tutoring cost?
The cost for each evening and weekend session is listed below. There is a minimum booking commitment of 5 sessions per subject. At the end of the commitment you will have a full report of your child's progress and any areas we think your child should focus on next.

Intensive holiday sessions at On Target Tuition
These sessions are a bit different. We will look to provide intensive sessions for learners before key exams or as a preparation to start their examination studies. These sessions will focus on the skills needed to succeed in their exams and recap any important bits of knowledge.

Safeguarding
We take safeguarding very seriously at On Target Tuition. All of our tutors and staff have up to date Enhanced Criminal Record checks. We also have an appointed Safeguarding officer who is contactable should you have any concerns regarding the conduct of any of our tutors.
